WEDNESDAY

We will arrive at the campsite on Wednesday morning, September 27th. So please come and join us. A
very casual happy hour will start around 4:30 pm. Remember, you do not have to plan on bringing
something to happy hour every day. Just be at the campfire and enjoy the company.

THURSDAY

Today we plan to have a ride somewhere. It may be a pre-ride of the Saturday Club Ride or another ride
someplace of interest. This ride will be leaving at 10:00 am.

THURSDAY EVENING

This evening we plan to have a potluck dinner. There will not be a theme for this dinner, so just bring
something you like. Starting time is 5:30 pm.

FRIDAY

Today we are planning a car caravan over to Alpine to eat a late lunch at the Bear Wallow and have ice
cream at the place across the street. Plan on leaving at1:00 pm or thereabouts. Happy hour tonight
depends on how much we ate at lunch – oink, oink!! We will have brownies for dessert around the
campfire.

SATURDAY MORNING

This morning we will be enjoying a PANCAKE “plus” BREAKFAST put on by Jerry and Karen
Smith and their helpers. Eating will begin at 8:30 am.

SATURDAY RIDE STARTS AT 9:30 AM

The ride leader is Ken Drozdowicz and the tail gunner is Bill Ulrich. This ride is 56 miles long, should
take 5-1/2 hours and is an intermediate skill level ride. Remember to bring a lunch with you.

SATURDAY EVENING

Our last happy hour will start at 4:30 pm. Let’s enjoy our last evening together hopefully talking about
what a great camp and ride we had. See you there!

• We need a few people out to our house to clean out the trailer and make repairs. This is not for the whole membership.
• Getting club liability insurance. Deciding how to structure the policy. Getting a policy for about $750 a year. The policy should cover anyone who is acting on behalf of the club.
• April camp/ride (potentially camping). Some people want to camp in April. We can go to Big Lake and hope for no snow.
• Camp and rides that need volunteers. Still looking for help in April. Ride leader needed. Social function volunteer needed for coffee and donuts
• New officers – president has two year term. Good behavior does not matter. hehe. John Taylor volunteered to be new vice president, but has not been confirmed by board. • Toy drive for kids on the White Mountain.
• November ride – ride from the corrals at Pine Dale (out 260, turn North toward Taylor, then about 2 1/2 miles). We will put signs out. It’s an easy ride about 20 miles on the front end. Lunch in Taylor at Trappers then 20 miles back. Jack will send out an email to do the ride this Saturday and maybe the 19th if there is enough interest from the club. Leave at 10am. The ride is about 2 hours both ways. Someone will call Trappers to get reservations.
